Jiadi Wang Cook, MD

Dr. Jiadi Cook, MD, is a board-certified geriatrician and family medicine physician with extensive experience in caring for older adults. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Christian Care Health Systems in Newark, Delaware. She further specialized through a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at Sidney Kimmel Medical College–Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Cook has served as a primary care provider and geriatrician at Carle Foundation Hospital in Illinois, InnovAge PACE in Virginia, and Sentara PACE, where she led interdisciplinary teams and managed panels of frail patients over the age of 55. She has also contributed to medical education by teaching internal medicine residents during their geriatric rotations and lecturing on biomedical ethics at Regent University School of Law. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Cook enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and cooking.
