Jessica Rosario, MD

Dr. Jessica Rosario joined CenterWell as a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Rosario completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico and Ponce School of Medicine. Dr. Rosario's distinctions include the prestigious CarePlus 5-Star Physician Award. She understands how beneficial CenterWell's integral senior-centered healthcare model is to older adults because it truly addresses all the essential factors of each patient's individual health journey. Dr. Rosario values the collaborative environment that she and the Care Team have fostered at CenterWell, enabling providers and clinicians to take an active role in supporting each patient to better health. She believes in setting aside sufficient time for each patient's appointment so that she can listen to them, allow them to express all their health concerns, and ask their questions as she counsels them on their conditions. This process enables her to develop personalized treatment plans and appropriately guide them in reaching their health and wellness goals. In her free time, Dr. Rosario enjoys cycling, cooking, and traveling.
