Jennifer Hubbard-Davis, APRN

Ms. Jennifer Hubbard-Davis, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in clinical care, case management, and leadership across diverse healthcare settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Arkansas State University, where she also completed a Certification in Aging Studies. Ms. Hubbard-Davis has provided care in home-based settings through Optum Housecalls, managed clinics, and served in community health centers, military installations, and long-term care facilities. Her background includes roles in cardiopulmonary and dialysis nursing, as well as teaching health assessment to BSN students. She has served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and held committee memberships focused on clinical quality and geriatric care. Known for her compassionate approach and strong leadership, she is passionate about preventive care and chronic disease management. Outside of work, she enjoys doing volunteer work, spending time with family and listening to music.
