Jeffrey Morris Shadle, MD

Dr. Jeffrey M. Shadle, MD, MSHA, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 26 years of experience caring for seniors and leading value-based care initiatives. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. Dr. Shadle has served in leadership roles as Senior Medical Director for WellMed/Optum, overseeing care for more than 130,000 Medicare Advantage patients, and previously owned and directed family medicine practices in Texas and Oklahoma. His clinical expertise spans chronic disease management, preventive care, and improving social determinants of health. Guided by a philosophy of empowering patients and care teams through education and collaboration, he is passionate about enhancing quality of life for older adults. Outside of work, Dr. Shadle enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
