Jayshree Arun Kumar Bhaskara, MD

Dr. Jayshree Bhaskara has joined CenterWell as a board-certified internal medicine specialist. Dr. Bhaskara completed her internal medicine residency at Bon Secours Hospital in Grosse Pointe, MI, where she served as chief resident and obtained the Holden Award for Best Research Paper and the Semmes Award for Best Internal Medicine Resident. She earned her medical degree from Government Medical College in Nagpur, India. She is a member of the American College of Physicians. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Dr. Bhaskara maintained a private practice, Bhaskara Medical Associates, P.A., in Belle Mead, NJ. Earlier, she practiced in-patient medicine at Seton Medical Center and Corner Stone Hospital in Austin, TX. She also was a solo practitioner in Austin for two years, offering outpatient medical and ambulatory care, and in Roseville, MI, for one year, receiving admitting privileges in two hospitals, including one of the largest in the Detroit metro area. To give back to the community, she served an outpatient center externship in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and volunteered at the University of Michigan Dental School in Ann Arbor. In her free time, she enjoys cooking.
