Jasmine Levette Jarrett, APRN

Mrs. Jasmine Jarrett, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care, women's health, and retail medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Mrs. Jarrett has provided comprehensive care in various settings, including Crossover Health Medical Group, The Little Clinic, and Athena Health and Wellness. She has also held leadership roles, such as Market Provider Lead, where she coached and developed clinical teams and optimized care delivery. Her earlier nursing experience includes wound care, labor and delivery, and home health, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to patient-centered care. Mrs. Jarrett is licensed in multiple states and holds certifications in BLS and AWHONN fetal monitoring. She was honored with the Vickie Bohannon Owsley Advanced Practice Nursing Award. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys community service and international outreach, including a service trip to Belize, and spending time with family.
