She has provided care across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both rural and urban settings. Ms. Carden-Smith is passionate about holistic, patient-centered care and has volunteered with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and Operation Christmas Child. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, sports, beach vacations, and spending time with her two dachshunds, Max and Brewster.

Yes, I did have a little problem because they had to change the medications and I had to go down and get new pills and that was good. But then after I took the pills, my upper lip started getting really big and fat. So there was something wrong again. So I ended up back in the hospital. And come to find out, when we changed the prescriptions, I was not told that I should not start taking the new pill, just stop taking the lisinopril, and then wait for seven days before I could start the new pill that I was taking.
