Jamie Lynn Carden-Smith, APRN

Jamie Carden-Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certiï¬ed family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in critical care, chronic pain management, and primary care. Ms. Carden-Smith earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she graduated summa cum laude and completed over 500 hours of clinical practicum. Her nursing education also includes degrees from Gordon State College and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked for nearly a decade as a registered nurse in medical intensive care units, progressive care units, and long-term acute care facilities, managing complex cases such as heart failure, respiratory distress, and post-surgical recovery. She has provided care across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both rural and urban settings. Ms. Carden-Smith is passionate about holistic, patient-centered care and has volunteered with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and Operation Christmas Child. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, sports, beach vacations, and spending time with her two dachshunds, Max and Brewster.
