James Daxton Turner, APRN

Mr. James Daxton Turner is a nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient centered care across adult and senior populations. He entered the healthcare profession driven by a lifelong passion for helping others and serving his community, values that also guided his military service as a veteran of the United States Navy, including service during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Turner believes strongly in treating patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment he would give to his own family, emphasizing trust, respect, and collaboration in every clinical interaction. He is especially passionate about nutrition, exercise, and brain health, and enjoys supporting patients as they take an active role in improving and maintaining their well being. His experience working with seniors has been deeply rewarding, particularly witnessing patients gain confidence and make meaningful progress in managing their health. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, exercising and going to the movies.
