Jaicie Congress is a CNA, RN, Case Manager, and now a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked with seniors in skilled nursing facilities as a CNA, and later as an NP at Eventus WholeHealth, where she diagnosed, treated, and helped manage chronic and acute conditions of medically vulnerable seniors in assisted living facilities. She also provided patient education of disease processes and management. She has a Master's in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She believes in providing personalized care to every patient she sees and making them feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the care they're receiving. She also loves meeting and getting to know new people, and treats patients as if they were her parent or grandparent in the same situation. According to Jaicie, establishing a relationship so they can trust her, while maintaining professionalism, is the ideal patient-provider relationship. In her off hours, you can find Jaicie reading a good book or working out at the gym.
