Imari J Creer, APRN

Ms. Imari Creer, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has since provided compassionate, evidence-based care in both clinical and home health settings. Ms. Creer worked at the Armed Forces Retirement Home as a primary care provider for veterans. She also practiced at PainStop Spine Clinic in Biloxi and Pascagoula, Mississippi, where she specialized in managing chronic pain through comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. Her background includes surgical recovery, stroke care, and home health nursing, with leadership experience as a charge nurse and preceptor for new nurses and students. Ms. Creer is known for her dependability, quick learning, and dedication to quality care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and reading books.
