Ianna Gray, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, completed a residency at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing after earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the same institution. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in German and another in Medicine, Health, and Society, both from Vanderbilt University. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Gray was a family nurse practitioner with the Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center, advocating for underserved communities, conducting outreach events, and providing essential care through mobile bus clinics. Earlier, she served as a primary care float at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, collaborating with a diverse medical team to deliver comprehensive care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she made significant contributions as an RN vaccinator on the VUMC Ambulatory Response Team, demonstrating her commitment to public health. She values seniors' care and appreciates CenterWell's dedication to patient well-being. Ms. Gray chose healthcare to positively impact lives and address LGBTQ+ issues, heart health, and food insecurity. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, DIY projects, exercising, and reading books.
