Herminia G Herrera Tan, MD

Herminia G. Herrera-Tan, M.D., graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine & Surgery with a Doctor of Medicine degree. Dr. Tan is board certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Geriatric Medicine. She completed her Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at Loyola University-Hines VA Hospital and her Internal Medicine Residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Tan has extensive experience in geriatric care, having served as a Primary Care Physician at Estrella Specialty Medical Care and as a Physician at Maricopa County Correctional Health Services. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American College of Physicians and participation in charitable missions with the Arizona Society of Philippine Health Professionals. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Tan enjoys volunteering, teaching, and engaging in community service. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
