Harsha Rajashekar, DO

Dr. Harsha Rajashekar, DO, is a double board certified Interventional Pain Medicine specialist committed to helping patients reclaim function, mobility, and quality of life. He completed his medical degree at Nova Southeastern University before training in neurology at the University of South Florida and advancing his expertise through an Interventional Pain Management fellowship at USF, Tampa General Hospital, the Tampa VA, and Moffitt Cancer Center. Over his career, he has treated patients across The Villages, Ocala, West Palm Beach, and surrounding Florida communities. Dr. Rajashekar believes pain management is deeply personal and takes a biopsychosocial approach—creating individualized care plans that honor each patient's history, goals, and daily challenges. He finds great meaning in helping seniors remain active and connected to the people and activities they love. Outside of work, he is an enthusiastic sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Florida Gators and Jacksonville Jaguars, and loves traveling with his wife and their Yorkie.
