Dr. Grace Lim joined CenterWell as a board-certified family medicine physician. She is fluent in English and Korean and has worked as a healthcare professional since 2010. Dr. Lim earned her medical degree from George Washington University and completed her family medicine residency at Fairfax Family Practice. Dr. Lim served in the United States Navy for five years and practiced with Southlake Family Medicine for five years before joining CenterWell in 2023. Her experience with older adults includes treating nearly 500 Medicare patients. Dr. Lim's care philosophy is to develop partnerships with her patients, and she enjoys journeying through life together and building long-term relationships with them. She ensures their satisfaction by setting expectation, engaging them in decision-making, explaining care, and working towards goals together. Dr. Lim chose medicine to serve people and the community. Her belief in holistic care, considering body and mind, family dynamics, and life circumstances, makes her unique. Dr. Lim has two beautiful children. Dr. Lim likes walking and playing with her kids.
