Grace J Velez Pagan, MD

Dr. Grace Velez Pagan, a dedicated primary care physician with a strong background in general and internal medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology summa cum laude from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Before joining our center as a primary care physician, Dr. Velez Pagan provided comprehensive care to veterans at VA Veterans Affairs in Oklahoma City, where she managed acute and chronic conditions and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Earlier, she worked as a primary care physician at Salud Integral de la Montaña in Puerto Rico, treating a wide range of conditions including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and geriatric diseases. She completed her medical internship at La Concepción Hospital in Puerto Rico. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Velez Pagan enjoys art, cherishing time with her family and traveling.
