Faith Mayzeck Shuler, APRN

Ms. Faith M. Shuler, DNP, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner dedicated to patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. With over a decade of nursing experience, she provided specialized care in neurology, neurosurgery, and hepatology and served as a Charge Nurse and Relief Staff Leader, mentoring new graduate nurses. Her clinical practice emphasized adult and geriatric primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health in rural, underserved communities. Dr. Shuler believes listening to patients is key to improving their quality of life and is passionate about brain health, diabetes, nutrition, and social well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, crocheting, and spending time with family.
