Esau Laurencin, MD

Dr. Laurencin Esau joined Conviva as a general practice physician, licensed by the Florida Department of Health Board of Medicine in 2015 and the Puerto Rico Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline in 2012. Dr. Esau completed his internal medicine residency at the Metropolitan Hospital in Yauco, Puerto Rico, in 2013. He earned his medical degree from St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, in 2005 and received his Master of Business Administration, MBA, in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix in Orlando, Florida, in 2009. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, in 2000. Dr. Esau's professional affiliations include the Northeast Florida Medical Society, Inc., the Northeast Florida Medical Society, Inc., the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, 2016, and the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), 2012. Dr. Esau speaks English, Creole, French, Spanish, and basic sign language. He has donated his time on a Medical Mission trip and as a volunteer Health Fair presenter. Outside of his work, he enjoys reading, playing guitar, singing, and playing golf.
