Erick Del Monte, PAC

Erick Del Monte, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant, earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley in 2018, completing clinical rotations. Mr. Del Monte obtained his B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2014. His accolades include recognition by the Golden Key International Honour Society. Before joining us in 2024, Mr. Del Monte practiced at Brownsville Community Health Center and earlier at Cano Medical Center, managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease in a predominantly older adult population while also providing post-operative care and monitoring in nursing homes to ensure patient stability after discharge. His experience as a hospitalist and emergency medicine PA has honed his ability to deliver personalized, compassionate care to seniors. He believes in empowering his patients to make informed health decisions for long-term wellness. Mr. Del Monte chose his career to make a difference in helping others prioritize their health. In his free time, he enjoys making family memories, traveling, and the outdoors.
