Erica Isom, MD

Erica Taylor Isom, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed her residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia where she trained at Grady Memorial Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Isom has provided comprehensive primary care across diverse settings, including Kaiser Permanente where she served for seven years offering preventive care, chronic disease management, and collaborative treatment. Dr. Isom also worked for Medical Director Services, where she cared for geriatric patients in long-term care facilities and held a leadership role as Medical Director. She most recently practiced at Aylo Health providing primary care services. Outside of medicine, Dr. Isom enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching Disney movies, watching football games, hiking, and participating in church and community service activities.
