Donna Koss Bradish, APRN

Mrs. Donna Koss Bradish, MSN, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner with broad clinical experience across primary care, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Carlow University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg College. Throughout her career, Mrs. Koss Bradish has provided comprehensive, patient centered care that includes chronic disease management, preventive services, acute care, and care coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Her philosophy of care is rooted in treating every patient with the same time, dedication, and commitment she would give to her own family, emphasizing listening, trust, and individualized care plans. She does not focus on a single condition, instead prioritizing holistic, whole person care to support overall well being and quality of life for patients of all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors.
