David Berrey, DO

Dr. David Berrey is a highly experienced internal medicine specialist with a strong focus on value-based care and quality improvement. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Missouri and his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University in Missouri. Dr. Berrey is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Wound Care Certified. His professional experience included serving as an internist and primary care physician at Banner Health, where he also held the position of Physician Site Lead. Dr. Berrey has been instrumental in implementing care transformation initiatives, improving healthcare expenditure cost reduction, and enhancing access to care. He also worked as a hospitalist at Samaritan Health Services in Albany, Oregon. Dr. Berrey's dedication to geriatric care is evident through his previous involvement in the Adult Frailty Clinical Practice Development Committee, and shifting his medicine practice to a geriatric focus since 2021. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Berrey enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and participating in sports.
