Danielle Rae Cavignac, APRN

Danielle Cavignac, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. At Conviva Rockport, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. Ms. Cavignac completed clinical rotations community health and women's health as well as pediatrics as a nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Miramar, Illinois, August 2016 to April 2018, as well as a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, New Hampshire, August 2012 to April 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas, May to December 2011. Ms. Cavignac is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee.
