Daniel Zachary White, MD

Daniel Zachary White, MD, specializes in family medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Carolina College of Medicine. Dr. White cared for patients in primary care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and senior-focused healthcare settings, with extensive experience managing chronic conditions and supporting older adults. He served in physician leadership roles, including Medical Director and Assistant Medical Director, and supervised and trained physician assistants and nurse practitioners. During residency, he contributed to quality improvement initiatives that reduced emergency department utilization and served on patient safety and quality committees. Dr. White believes in treating patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment he would invest in those closest to him. He entered healthcare to make a difference by helping people put their health first and is especially passionate about brain health, heart health, and reducing loneliness among seniors. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors.
