Daisy Melinda King-Godineaux, APRN

Ms. D. Melinda King-Godineaux, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience and a strong background in clinical operations, quality assurance, and patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – FNP Certificate from Herzing University in Madison, Wisconsin. Ms. King-Godineaux has provided care in diverse settings including family practice, long-term care, addiction and pain management, and in-home wellness assessments. She has served as a Nurse Practitioner with Monogram Health, Theoria Medical, and AdvantMed, where she conducted comprehensive health evaluations, managed chronic conditions, and supported preventive care initiatives. Her extensive experience includes HEDIS data abstraction, risk adjustment, and population health management. She has also led teams, negotiated contracts, and developed quality improvement programs. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys contributing to education and mentoring, with a passion for improving the quality of life for those she serves.
