Crystal Stephens, APRN

Mrs. Crystal Abbott Stephens, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in healthcare, including leadership roles in geriatric care, hospice, and skilled nursing environments. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, and as a Certified Director of Nurses. Crystal has provided comprehensive care in office, nursing facility, and home settings, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. Her expertise includes wound care, infection control, and quality assurance, and she is passionate about promoting nutrition, heart health, exercise, and diabetes management. Guided by her philosophy that listening to patients is key to improving their quality of life, she strives to help older adults maintain independence and wellness. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
