Claudia L Jordan, MD

Claudia L. Jordan, MD, is a Family Medicine physician. She earned her Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and New York Medical College. She completed a Family Practice residency through the State University of New York at Syracuse. Dr. Jordan provided comprehensive primary care to adults and older adults across private practice, clinic, urgent care, veterans' health and community health settings throughout her career. She served as Assistant Chief Medical Education Facilitator, Clinical Instructor for the State University of New York Health Science Center, advisor to nursing students and collaborating physician for nurse practitioners, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to education and mentorship. Dr. Jordan believes that listening to patients is key to improving their quality of life and health and is passionate about diabetes, heart health and obesity care. She entered healthcare to make a difference in people's lives by helping them put their health first. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteer work and giving back to her community.
