Chinyere Okorie, APRN

Dr. Chinyere J. Okorie, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, RN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health services. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Colorado Christian University and her Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach. Dr. Okorie has provided care across diverse settings, including telehealth, outpatient clinics, and long-term care facilities, with a strong focus on adult and geriatric populations. She previously served in leadership roles such as Director of Clinical Operations, where she oversaw multi-specialty services and mentored clinical teams. Her philosophy emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care that respects dignity and promotes independence. Passionate about addressing diabetes, obesity, heart health, and social isolation, she strives to improve quality of life through holistic approaches.
