Chena Allen, APRN

Ms. Chena Yvonne Allen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience across acute care, case management, and primary care settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Clayton State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Allen currently provides patient-centered care through Signify Health and Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic, where she conducts comprehensive assessments and manages chronic and acute conditions for diverse populations. Her clinical background includes roles in intermediate care, pre-surgical assessment, GI and PACU units, and virtual triage nursing. She has also served in case management roles, helping patients navigate complex health needs and prevent hospital readmissions. Ms. Allen completed extensive clinical rotations in urgent care, cardiology, pediatrics, and internal medicine. She is certified in BLS and CPR and is passionate about health education, chronic disease prevention, and holistic care.
