Cereasa Patterson, APRN

Cereasa LeeAnn Patterson, FNP-BC is a highly dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare. She earned her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in August 2021 and holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Butler County Community College. Mrs. Patterson is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and also holds BLS and wound care certifications. Mrs. Patterson's clinical experience spans various healthcare settings, including correctional nursing, med surge, women's health, geriatrics, and pediatrics. She has served as a Nurse Practitioner at Phoenix Hospice and Good Shepherd Hospice in Wichita, KS, and has worked with House Call Medical Services, providing in-home medical care to a diverse patient population. Her responsibilities included performing routine check-ups, managing chronic conditions, labs, follow-ups,and collaborating care with other healthcare professionals. Outside her professional commitments, Mrs. Patterson enjoys cooking, drawing, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
