Cassandra Treadwell Grover, APRN

Mrs. Cassandra Treadwell Grover, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, specializes in family medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons College. Mrs. Grover brought extensive experience caring for adults and older adults in family practice, behavioral health, hospice, skilled nursing, assisted living, and home assessment settings. She evaluated and treated patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs, provided medication management, coordinated care, and supported patients and families through chronic illness and end-of-life care. Her career also included case management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and service as a medical laboratory technician in the United States Air Force. Mrs. Grover believes that taking the time to listen to patients is key to improving their quality of life and health. She entered healthcare because of her commitment to safeguarding the quality of life of seniors and is especially passionate about diabetes, heart health, and obesity prevention. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
