Carolyn Ann Dechaine, PAC

Carolyn Ann Dechaine, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant since February of 2002. Ms. Dechaine completed an internship in internal medicine at the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Camp Pendleton, California. She earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska, an Associate of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Stanford University / Foothill College, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from San Diego State University. Ms. Dechaine practiced as a Physician Assistant with P3 Medical Group, Davita Healthcare Partners and Pueblo Primary Care in Las Vegas, Nevada. She's worked with older adult patients since 2006 and says they have enlightened her with their perspective on life. Her fondest memory is having a 105-year-old patient come in with his 75-year-old son, 40-year-old grandson, and a 10-year-old great-grandson. Ms. Dechaine chose healthcare out of a passion for helping others. She believes listening to her patients is vital to improving their quality of life and health. When not with her patients, she enjoys traveling, movies, concerts, and spending time with her family and dogs.
