Carlos G Miranda, MD

Dr. Carlos G. Miranda, M.D., FACP, specializes in Internal Medicine with extensive experience in adult and geriatric care. He earned his Medical Degree from the National University Federico Villarreal in Lima, Peru, and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Raritan Bay Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Miranda has served diverse populations across outpatient clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities in both Peru and the United States. His clinical roles have included staff physician positions at Optum in Saint Cloud, FL, and St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ, where he also mentored residents and medical students. He has held leadership roles such as Chief Pediatric Resident and has contributed to public health initiatives in underserved communities, including the Amazon region. Dr. Miranda is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and has received multiple honors for his compassionate care and teaching. Outside of medicine, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and traveling.
