Cammie Jo Fulp, MD

Dr. Cammie Jo Fulp, MD, is a family medicine physician with nearly three decades of experience providing primary care for adults and older adults. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Bowman-Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Throughout her career, Dr. Fulp cared for medically complex patients in primary care, senior-focused, community health, and value-based care settings. Her experience included serving older adults, medically underserved populations, and participants in a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), where she also held an interim medical director role. Dr. Fulp supervised advanced practice providers, served as a preceptor for physician assistant and medical students, and supported community health initiatives through volunteer and nonprofit leadership activities. She believes in caring for people regardless of age or circumstance and is passionate about helping patients prioritize their health. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, volunteering, and lifelong learning.
