Brian S Thompson, DO

Brian Scott Thompson, DO, is a Family Medicine physician with a strong interest in preventive care and patient education. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed advanced training through the Midwestern University CVMC Family Medicine Residency Program. Throughout his training, Dr. Thompson cared for patients across outpatient clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, emergency departments, and intensive care units, with extensive experience serving older adults. He managed acute and chronic conditions, performed wellness visits, and emphasized lifestyle modification to improve long-term health outcomes. Dr. Thompson also mentored medical students and junior residents and participated in clinical research and scientific publications. Inspired by his grandmother's stroke and a lifelong interest in science and medicine, he believes that patients value compassion as much as clinical expertise and strives to ensure every person feels heard and supported. Outside of work, Dr. Thompson enjoys sports, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
