Bernalyn Santos, APRN

Ms. Bernalyn Santos, MSN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in adult and geriatric care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Angeles University Foundation in the Philippines. Ms. Santos began her career working primarily with seniors, where she assessed, diagnosed, and managed acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Her experience emphasized medication management, prevention of polypharmacy, fall risk assessment, and promoting functional independence to support quality of life. Guided by a philosophy rooted in treating patients with the same dedication and commitment she would give to family, she is passionate about diabetes care, caregiving support, and the role of exercise in healthy aging. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to the movies, and spending quality time with her family.
