Ashlie Sloan, APRN

Ashlie Elaine Sloan, FNP, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with expertise in acute care, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University in 2014. Mrs. Sloan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution, following her Associate in Nursing from Tennessee State University, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Mrs. Sloan saw patients as a family nurse practitioner with Living Well Health Center in Gallatin, Tennessee, and Zion Wellness and Medical Clinic in Lebanon, TN. Earlier, she worked at Centennial Medical Center as a CCRN-CCU charge nurse and at Sumner Regional Medical Center as an RN-CCU in Stepdown-Telemetry. She embraces a culture of caring for people, regardless of their age or circumstances, a philosophy aligned with CenterWell's compassionate, patient-centered values. Mrs. Sloan chose a healthcare career to make a difference in people's lives by helping them put their health first. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating memories with her family.
