Ashley C. Nix, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, magna cum laude from South University in Savannah, GA. She obtained her BSN cum laude from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Her accolades include induction into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and the National Scholars Honor Society. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Nix was a family nurse practitioner at University Hospital in Augusta, GA, and served as a family nurse practitioner at UNC High Point Regional in High Point, NC, and at White Oak Urgent Care in Randleman, NC. With older adults, she strives to enhance their quality of life by building meaningful connections with her patients and their families. She believes in providing the same level of care, time, dedication, and commitment to her patients as she would to her loved ones, aligning with CenterWell's values. Ms. Nix chose healthcare to impact people's lives positively. Outside of her work, she enjoys the outdoors, spending quality time with her family, and riding horses. She is an active competitor and member of the National Barrel Horse Association.
