Arelis Rodriguez Caban, MD

Dr. Arelis Rodriguez-Caban is a general practice physician. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Rodriguez-Caban completed a medical internship in general practice at Metropolitan Hospital in San German, PR. She earned her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine in 2002, following a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Puerto Rico. Her accolades include the WellCare Patient Satisfaction Award and the Care Plus, Freedom, Optimum, and the WellCare 5-Star score HEDIS, 2017-2022. Dr. Rodriguez-Caban was the medical director of IMA Medical Group's Poinciana, FL, location. She worked as a primary care physician with IMA Medical Group for almost 8 years. Also worked in partnership Family Health Clinic Primary Care and had her private clinic Health Family MED-CENTER Primary Care. Dr. Rodriguez-Caban chose medicine to positively impact people's lives by putting their health first. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and practicing meditation.
