Antoinette Denise Rhynes, MD

Dr. Antoinette Denise Rhynes, MD, specializes in Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. She completed her residency training at AnMed Health Family Medicine Residency in Anderson, SC. She joined Greenville Health System Travelers Rest Family Medicine after residency. She then relocated and practiced at Palmetto Health in Columbia, SC. She considers the Upstate her home and returned to join Prisma Health Palmetto Medical Associates in Duncan, SC. There she also served in leadership roles as Practice Chief and Clinical Lab Consultant. She has a strong focus on adult and geriatric preventative care, chronic disease management, and minor office procedures. She has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the USC School of Medicine, teaching and mentoring future physicians. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Rhynes enjoys reading, watching movies, and painting.
