Anooja Philip, APRN

Anooja Philip, APRN, joined our center as a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse specializing in adult gerontology and primary care. Ms. Philip earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College. Her accolades include the Orlando Health Caring Heart Awards. As an APRN, Ms. Philip emphasizes the importance of practicing the 3 Cs - care, compassion, and commitment, because she believes they are vital when developing the right relationship with her patients. What she enjoys most about coming into the center each day is being able to help her patients improve or maintain their health status by properly educating them on how to prevent complications. This holistic approach allows Ms. Philip to help her patients focus on preventive measures that they can incorporate into their daily routines to help them maintain their quality of life. Ms. Philip makes sure to let her patients know that she is here for them, which is why she takes her time to listen and learn about their health needs and goals as she guides them through their health journey. Outside of her work, Ms. Philip enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and playing badminton.
