Annette Green, APRN

Mrs. Annette Lynn Green, MSN, APRN, FNP C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of experience in healthcare, including 12 years as a hospitalist supporting patients with acute and complex conditions. She earned her master's degree in nursing from Spalding University after completing earlier nursing studies at Liberty University and Shawnee State University. Her clinical background includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses, leading interdisciplinary rounds, educating patients and families, and collaborating across care teams to support safe, effective transitions of care. Mrs. Green's philosophy centers on treating every patient with the same dedication she gives her own family, helping individuals prioritize their health through prevention, communication, and compassionate guidance. She has worked extensively with seniors and values primary care's vital role in preventing illness, injury, and avoidable hospitalizations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with her family.
