Ann Marie Raikes Hartley, APRN

Ann Raikes Hartley, ARNP, ANP-BC, CNL, joined CenterWell as a doctorally prepared, board-certified advanced practice registered nurse. Ms. Raikes Hartley earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Central Florida. She is a member of the Central Florida Advanced Nurse Practice Council, Florida Nurse Practice Council, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. What she enjoys most about being an ARNP is the ability to make a difference in the lives of her patients every day, from helping reduce health disparities to increasing health literacy. Ms. Raikes Hartley always emphasizes how CenterWell embodies the ultimate goal of healthcare because it allows the Care Team to care for the patient as a whole as they support them along their health journey. She defines the right relationship with her patients as one that is based on mutual trust and respect. She maintains this type of relationship with her patients by taking the time to listen to their needs and concerns while providing them with professional, compassionate care. During her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, attending festivals, and watching singing/dancing reality shows.
