I'm a new patient. I think she got stuck on my cold sore situation and did not understand. She glossed over my heart and such. I was looking forward to a call back regarding my blood tests, but I don't think I received one. I'm not sure. I have questions. She was pleasant and professional and I hope to develop a knowledgeable medical relationship with her.

From past experiences, I know at any practice there has to be a building of the rapport and really closer understanding as time goes by and incidences occur that make things more on point or on target for that particular patient. And I know that I'm not really looking for the miraculous right off, even though it's been pretty good. I'm looking at it realistically and I know that it seems like the personnel there I can build a good rapport. So I'm looking toward a better future with this practice. Thank you.
