Anita Catherine Forsythe, APRN

Mrs. Anita Catherine Forsythe, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier lives through compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from King University in Knoxville, Tennessee, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with distinction. Mrs. Forsythe brings more than a decade of nursing experience across emergency, intensive care, cardiac, palliative care, and primary care settings. Throughout her career, she provided care for patients with complex acute and chronic conditions, helped establish palliative care programs, and served as a preceptor for nursing students and newly hired clinicians. Passionate about preventive health, brain health, heart health, and exercise, she believes that every patient deserves the same time, dedication, and commitment she would give to her own family members. Mrs. Forsythe entered healthcare to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and enjoys partnering with patients to help them prioritize their health and wellness goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and listening to music.
