Allison Dee Parkman, MD

Allison Dee Parkman, MD, MDiv, specializes in family medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Medical College of Ohio and later completed a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Dr. Parkman brought more than 20 years of experience in family medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care. She cared for patients of all ages, managed acute and chronic conditions, and served in multiple physician leadership roles, including Medical Director and Supervising Physician. Her responsibilities included mentoring advanced practice providers, developing clinical guidelines, overseeing quality standards, and conducting peer and chart reviews. Dr. Parkman believes her role is to help patients make healthier choices that keep them happy and healthy. She entered healthcare because of the privilege of improving lives and is especially passionate about nutrition, exercise, and reducing loneliness among patients. She is also certified to perform commercial driver medical examinations and authored the book Genesis: In the Beginning. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, writing, and reading.
