Aliya M Young, APRN

Aliya Young, FNP-MSN, pursued a career in healthcare driven by her passion for patient care. She graduated from South University and completed additional education at Armstrong Atlantic State University and Savannah Technical College. Ms. Young is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in primary care, focusing on patient-centered approaches to improve health outcomes. She actively listens to patients and enjoys meeting them where they are in explaining their care. Her work experience includes extensive involvement in geriatric care, where she has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults. Ms. Young particularly enjoys caring for the senior population, whom she considers her favorite group of patients due to their rich stories and experiences. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Young spends time with her family and enjoys finding and restoring old objects.
