Aliya Young is passionate about patient care. “The opportunity to help others and make an impact directly on their lives is truly special. This is the most rewarding profession,” she says. She actively listens to patients and likes “meeting them where they are in explaining their care.” She especially enjoys caring for the senior population. “They are my favorite group of patients, and they have the best stories,” she says. She strives to help patients care for themselves and assist their families with support. “I really care about them and their wellbeing,” she says. When not with patients, Aliya Young can be found spending time with her family. She also enjoys finding and restoring old objects.
