Aisha Nauman, MD

Aisha Nauman, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with 20 years of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, and geriatric medicine. She earned her medical degree from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Nauman has served in various clinical settings, including Patient First Urgent Care and Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Hospital, where she managed chronic conditions, coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams, and provided preventive health services to veterans. Her background also includes hospitalist work at CJW Hospital and teaching medical students during clinical rotations. Dr. Nauman has a strong interest in brain and heart health, diabetes management, and geriatric care, including experience treating elderly patients in nursing homes. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She is a member of the AMA and ACP and is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
