Abou Diallo, APRN

Mr. Abou Diallo, DNP, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric care. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Wesleyan University and previously completed a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Mount Saint Vincent. Throughout his career, Mr. Diallo provided primary and preventive care for adults, older adults, and veterans, managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans. His experience included serving patients in community health, home-based geriatric care, and hospital settings. He believes in treating patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment he would give to those closest to him. Passionate about diabetes, obesity, heart health, and caregiving, he values helping older adults maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and participating in outdoor activities.
