Abiola Olutayo Ojewole, MD

Dr. Abiola A. Ojewole, a board-certified internal medicine specialist, completed his internal medicine residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2008. Dr. Ojewole earned his medical degree from the University of Detroit Mercy College of Health Professions in Detroit, Michigan. Before joining CenterWell, Dr. Ojewole practiced with Kaiser Permanente, treating patients in the community, and he previously worked as a hospitalist at Grady Health System and Emory Health. His experience as a provider in the Atlanta area has given him insight into the needs of our older adult patients. He values working with great professionals who encourage each other. Dr. Ojewole chose medicine to make a transformational difference in the health of his patients through knowledge about multiple disease processes and how to reverse them. Serving as a volunteer at local hospitals and senior centers, he's helped patients with mobility, educated them about disease processes and medications, and helped calm their nerves regarding medical conditions. Away from the workplace, Dr. Ojewole enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
